Minor edge fraying and light age toning consistent with age. Mexico has a couple of light surface scratches; Montenegro is in a stiff mount/card holder — otherwise very good. Most in protective sleeves.

Highlights: The Montenegro Royal Standard is the standout scarcer card here — these turn up far less often and are eagerly sought by Balkan flag collectors. Portugal Royal Standard, Sicily and Dublin are also nice harder-to-find issues that really lift this bundle above the common flags!

https://honeyburnbooks.com/products/12-x-vintage-b-d-v-cigarette-silks-25th-series-world-royal-regional-flags-c-1910s
