Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
30-Day Returns
All items purchased from our store are eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Return Shipping
Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will provide return instructions and the return address. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or not as described (see below).
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
• Returned within 30 days of delivery
• In the same condition as received
• Complete with any original packaging, inserts, or accompanying materials where applicable
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Not-as-Described Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible. We will resolve the issue promptly and provide a full refund or replacement where appropriate, including reimbursement of return postage in these cases.
Rare & Special Collection Items
Certain exceptionally rare, bespoke, or specially sourced items may be identified on their product pages as non-returnable. Any such exceptions will be clearly stated before purchase.
These exceptions do not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions, including our returns address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Consumer Rights
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Under this right, return postage costs may still apply unless local law states otherwise.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
